Chef Stanley Salazar

Stanley cooks the food he grew up on, pushed to the level of a fine-dining room — Latin and Caribbean roots, Italian technique, and a plate that doesn't hold back. Gold-flake sushi. Stuffed churrasco. Mofongo that people talk about for weeks.

CitiChef started as a way to bring that room to people's homes instead of making them come find it. Today it's private dinners, catering, weekly meal prep, and consulting for kitchens that want to plate better — all run by one chef who still cooks every service himself.
